There are times when you may need to contact Forethought's support team for a variety of reasons that could range from having product questions to addressing product outages. Before submitting a support ticket, it is important to understand the severity of the issue.
Forethought offers 3 different options for contacting support. You can contact Forethought support through the Forethought Solve widget in our help center, by filling out our support contact form, utilizing our widget, or by sending us an email.
Forethought Solve Widget
The Forethought Solve widget is the best place to start when you have product questions or concerns, and you can find it on any page in our help center. It can direct you to quick self serve solutions for many issues and allow you to ask any questions or concerns you may have. Through the power of AI, you will be presented the most relevant solution to your question or issue.
Sometimes you may find that you need more support and the solution cannot be self served. In this case, a support ticket can be submitted through the widget and the Forethought support team will respond in a timely manner.
Support Contact Form
A support ticket can also be submitted from our help center's contact form. You can access the form here, or by clicking "Submit a request" in the top right hand corner of any page.
After navigating to the contact form, it is important to fill out all of the fields while being as descriptive as possible. If necessary, please include attachments, links, and any other information that might be of use. It is also critical that the Priority field is populated correctly so that the issue can be addressed appropriately. Selecting the correct product in the Product field will also help our team triage and resolve your issue faster.
Support tickets can be submitted by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be as descriptive as possible in the subject and body of your email so that we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
