How to add feedback to an email response in Solve Email?

Feedback is used to help customers provide feedback on whether their inquiry was resolved or not. The user is asked Was this email helpful?

  • If the user selects Yes, then we will add an ft-email-positive-feedback tag to your ticket for you to configure status changes.
  • If the user selects Not really, then we will add an ft-email-negative-feedback tag to your ticket for you to configure status changes

 

To add the feedback component to your email response, follow the steps below:

1. Drag the feedback component to the location you want it to appear in your email response.

2. Optional: Customize text in the header, helpful label, and unhelpful label according to your preferences. Once done, click Save.

3. You’re done! It’s now a part of your email response.
