How to add a dynamic article to an email response in Solve Email?

Dynamic article suggestions will take the content of the email received from your customer and the intent topic to review and find articles within your knowledge base that will resolve the customer’s inquiry. To setup dynamic article suggestion in your email response, follow these steps:

  1. Drag the Dynamic article suggestions component into the email response. Screenshot_2023-04-10_at_12.46.10_PM.png

  2. Select the number of articles you’d like your customers to receive as part of the dynamic suggestions. You can select up to five articles. Screenshot_2023-04-10_at_12.47.50_PM.png

  3. Select the source of where to look for your articles. If you have multiple sources integrated to Forethought, you will see them display in the drop-down. Screenshot_2023-04-10_at_12.48.36_PM.png

  4. Add filters to help narrow down which articles should be available to your customers. This step is not mandatory. Depending on your selection, you will be presented with different variables of how to filter the articles. Screenshot_2023-04-10_at_12.49.47_PM.png
