How to add a response to Solve Email Journey Map?

After creating and editing an email response, it's time to add a response to the Solve Email Journey Map. This map shows the steps to take when handling a customer's support request via email. To add a response to your journey map, follow these steps:

  1. At the right side of your screen, click the Journey tab.

  2. Select the response you want to add and drag it to the + icon.

     

  3. You’ve added your response to your journey map. 

  4. Changes are saved automatically.
