How to add an action to Solve Email Journey Map?

To add an action to your journey map, please follow the steps below. If you have not created an action yet, please follow these steps first: How to create actions in Action Builder?

1. If you have not created an action yet, you can click Create a new action in Action Builder to be redirected to our Action Builder experience.
   
   

2. If you have created actions already, select the action you’d like to use and drag it into the appropriate step in the journey map.
   
   
   

3. You’ve added an action to your journey map.
   
   

4. Now click Update Workflow to save your journey map.
