After you have added all the response and journey map steps for your intent, you need to activate them to start addressing your customers' inquiries. To activate or deactivate intent workflows in Solve Email, follow the steps below.
Activating Your Intent in Solve Email
- Click the Off toggle to turn on your intent for Solve Email.
- When activating your intent, you will receive a notification to confirm that you understand you are activating it. Please click Yes to proceed with the activation.
Deactivating Your Intent in Solve Email
- Click the On toggle to turn off your intent for Solve Email.
- When deactivating your intent, you will receive a notification to confirm that you understand you are deactivating it. Please click Yes to proceed with the deactivation.
