You've created your Solve Email responses and journey map. Now, you want to send a test email to see how your customers will see the response based on your email journey map.
- Navigate to the journey map of the intent you want to test and click Send Test Email.
- Enter the email address where you would like to receive the response and create the ticket. You can also test dynamic articles if you have included them in your response. Additionally, if you have enabled other languages in your Solve Email, you can test sending emails in those languages as well.
- Once done, click Send Test Email.
- After a few seconds, your test ticket will be created at your help desk, and you will receive the appropriate response based on your defined journey.
