When an end user sends an email to your customer’s support team, Forethought receives a webhook notification indicating that an email ticket has been created. Forethought then replies to the end user with an email that includes a predicted email template and links to relevant articles that aim to resolve the customer's inquiry. If the end user replies to the ticket, this is marked as non-deflected.
