Want to know how to preview Autoflows behavior? You have two options- Intent Preview and Global Preview. Please read further for details!
Option 1: Intent Preview (policy edit page). This is more useful when you are actively making changes to the policy. This is a limited preview that shows the chatbot interaction, assuming the intent has been pre-selected.
Option 2: Global Preview. This is more useful for when you are doing final QA. Global preview takes into account all the Intents that have been set as “Active”.
