Solve Email - Enhanced Funnel Metrics
We are excited to launch a feature that has been eagerly anticipated by many of our valued customers! Now, within the Analytics section of the dashboard, specifically under 'Solve Email Analytics', users can view a detailed breakdown of all activities within the Email funnel. With intuitive, easy-to-understand tooltip descriptions, navigating through this feature is incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. This enhancement aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding of your email performance, aiding you in making data-driven decisions.
Solve Email - Triage Support
Solve Email supports Triage classifiers for both Email Automation configuration and Journey map conditions, under the Context Variable management.
Assist Analytics Dashboard
We are going to enable Assist analytics for all our Assist users. Admins will now have access to more Assist metrics giving them a more holistic insights on how Assist is being leveraged by the Agents.
