The Drag-N-Drop allows new and existing customers to effortlessly build workflow templates by dragging and dropping workflow components from the right panel onto the chat window. This feature only affects the user interface. It does not alter any existing features or the logic behind creating workflows. Furthermore, it will not impact workflows currently running in production.
