The Add an Image and Add Video components allow you to seamlessly integrate various media types, including images and videos, into your workflow. These features enhance your Solve Widget by introducing visual elements and providing additional context, making it more engaging and interactive for users.

Add an Image or Video
- Navigate to Solve > Workflow Builder.
- Select a workflow to which you want to add an image or video.
- On the right side of your dashboard, click Add an Image or Add a Video component under Business Logic.
- Drag and drop these components into your workflow to customize it.
- Choose an image or video from your desktop folder to include in your workflow.
- Optional: Provide a brief description (Alt Text) to assist users with visual impairments and to offer context in case the images fail to load.

Click Save.
- When adding a video, enter the video URL from YouTube or Vimeo. You may also use a link from the “share” option. Click Test to ensure the video link is functioning correctly.
- Click Save to add the video to your workflow.
- To check if the image and video are working, click Preview Intent.
- Once everything is working properly, click Publish.
