Your Widget Responds More Like a Happy Human Agent

We're super excited to share the latest improvement in the Widget's performance when responding using the Knowledge Base you've connected. You don't need to take any action, as we have enabled this feature behind the scenes. Selected customers will be able to see the improvement in effect immediately.

This update brings several benefits to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Just go to the Preview to see the amazing improvements. Some of the notable improvements are the following:

  • Memory Retention:  The Widget now retains past conversations to provide context-rich support that's more helpful to users.
  • Improved Formatting: You can expect organized and neat responses, complete with bullet points, steps, and appropriate line breaks that make them easier to read.
  • Clarification Requests: The Widget now proactively seeks clarification when questions are unclear, ensuring users get precise help.

Note: These changes apply only to the Widget references in your Knowledge Base and not the Workflows you've designed.
