Context Variable is now available in Autoflows
This feature enables you to define and store values within Autoflows, just like in Classic. It streamlines customer inquiries by eliminating repetitive questions, leading to quicker resolutions and reduced frustration. Additionally, Context Variables allow for dynamic Autoflows, creating personalized responses based on customer input, enhancing the overall customer experience. Beta release of the Widget Insights Overview tab
The Widget Insights Overview tab is now accessible for beta customers. This tab offers a high-level overview of Solve Widget's performance, while also highlighting trends and identifying low-performing workflows. For more information, see Insights Overview.
Export data capability in Solve Widget Insights
We've changed the way you can access and download insights CSV files. Rather than directly downloading the files, you can now export insights CSV files via email. This change was made to avoid performance issues and provide a more stable and consistent user experience. For more information, see Topic Insights and Article Insights.
Quick Feedback analytics are now live
We have released Quick Feedback Analytics to all customers. This update enables you to analyze the total count of quick feedback results across various sections of the Forethought dashboard. For more information, see Solve Widget Quick Feedback.
