You can preview the entire email response directly within the Forethought Dashboard without connecting your email to your help desk. To preview an email response, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Solve > Workflow Builder > Email tab.
2. Open a workflow.
3. On the top-right corner of your dashboard, click Preview.
4. Fill out the form. To test your multilingual content, select a language from the drop-down.
5. Click Next. This shows the preview of your email response.
