Workflow Insights is a new powerful feature within the Solve product, offering users a comprehensive view of workflow metrics through detailed analytics. Widget Banners are available for all Solve Customers!
You can now upload a banner image to your widget for various marketing purposes, such as promoting sales, highlighting new products, or announcing special events. When users click on the banner, they will be redirected to the URL you specify, allowing you to drive traffic to specific landing pages or promotional content. To use this, see Customize your chatbot in Widget Configuration to match your brand.
Chat tab is now available in Solve Insights!
Chats Insights offers key metrics to evaluate your Widget conversations, all in one central hub. Advanced search and sorting features help you quickly find specific chats, including those with CSAT responses, particular workflows, or specific keywords from the user or Widget.
