The Tone of Voice feature in the Solve Widget empowers you to elevate the quality of responses generated by your AI agent, ensuring they align seamlessly with your brand identity. While AI typically defaults to a neutral tone, this feature allows you to infuse your unique brand personality into every interaction. By establishing a distinctive tone, you not only strengthen your brand identity but also create engaging and memorable customer experiences.
Notes: The Tone of Voice feature applies to all AI-generated responses in both Classic and Autoflows. In Classic, this feature will not impact admin-defined questions and buttons. Only admins can edit the Tone of Voice feature.
