Receive Error Notifications for Your Solve Widget
This new feature introduces a notification system that promptly alerts admins to any errors occurring within their Solve Widget. When an error is detected, the system automatically generates and sends an email notification containing detailed error information, including the error message, timestamp, and relevant conversation ID. Easily Duplicate Any Workflow Across All Channels
We’ve enhanced workflow duplication to support Slack, Voice, Assist, and API workflows. Previously, only Widget and Email workflows could be duplicated. Now, you can seamlessly replicate configurations, steps, and settings from one workflow to another. This makes it easier to create workflows in different channels.
Perform Math Operations in JMESPath for Easier Data Processing
We’ve added support for math operations in JMESPath within the Action Builder. Users can now perform arithmetic calculations such as addition (+), subtraction (-), multiplication (*), division (/), exponentiation (**), modulo (%), and floor division (//) directly within advanced filters. This feature supports integers, floats, and numeric strings, making it easy to process data and save the results for use in future calculations. To learn more, see JMESPath Resources.
Solve Insights Update: Introducing Knowledge Insights for Solve Email
This feature provides detailed analytical information regarding knowledge articles used within Solve Email, enabling you to analyze article performance and review related conversations. For more information, see Knowledge Insights for Solve Email.
Tone of Voice and Instructional Notes Now Available in Solve Email
Tone of Voice: Strengthen your brand identity and customer relationships by ensuring every email response reflects your brand's unique style, moving beyond the standard neutral AI tone for a truly on-brand experience. For more information, see Tone of Voice in Solve Email.
Instructional Notes: Gain greater control over Solve Email's responses by creating custom guidelines that shape how it generates replies, ensuring they align perfectly with your brand's communication style, technical jargon, and content preferences. Significant Improvements to Solve Email's Knowledge Retrieval
Solve Email now responds more often and with more accurate answers, resulting in increased 'Response Sent' rates and improved 'Deflections' for all customers using the knowledge retrieval workflow in Solve Email.
Time API Enhancement: Unix Timestamp Now Included
All Time API responses now include a Unix timestamp field in the response body, providing date and time in Unix timestamp format. This enhancement allows you to work with standardized time data more efficiently. For more information about Time API, see Time API Guide.

Deprecation: Snowflake Action Collection
The Snowflake Action Collection feature is no longer available. Instead, customers who want to use Snowflake should connect Snowflake with Forethought and use the integration authorization in a regular API Action built-in Action Builder. For more information, see Snowflake Integration Guide.
New Configuration for Solve UI
A new configuration option, config-ft-iframe-title
, is now available for Solve UI. This allows customers to set the iframe’s title, improving accessibility for screen reader users. If you want to explore more configuration options for Solve UI, see Solve Widget UI Guide for Developers.
