How It Works (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Follow Gong’s API Documentation

Before connecting, ensure your team can access your Gong instance’s public API. Visit the Gong API Documentation to retrieve your Base URL and authentication credentials.

Step 2: Set Up the Gong Connector in Forethought

1. In Forethought, go to Settings > Integrations.
   
2. Click + Connect New Integration and select Gong.
3. Enter the following information:
   • Gong API base URL
   • Gong API access key
   • Gong API access key secret
4. Click Save.

Once saved, Forethought will begin ingesting your Gong call transcripts and metadata automatically.
