With easy customizations available, you can make changes whenever you want. Navigate to your Forethought dashboard, click on Widget Configuration, and access a range of customization settings to adjust your widget to your preferences.
Customize Theme
- Select Theme on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
- Upload your logo and avatar image in either PNG or JPG format. We recommend a square aspect ratio of 1:1. However, regardless of the uploaded image's original dimensions, we adjust the width to match that of the widget, ensuring a consistent appearance.
- Input your chat header.
- Choose your theme color. You can use Hex, RGB, or manually select your color. This color will be used for the workflow's header, customer chat bubble, and buttons.
- Enter a greeting phrase.
- For the intent options, you can either display intents that were automatically ranked by 30-day inquiry volume, select the intents manually, or choose not to display the intents.
- Once you have customized everything, click on Publish.
Customize Widget Prompt
- Navigate to the right-hand side of the dashboard and click on Prompt.
- You have the option to display or hide the proactive prompt.
- Enter a greeting phrase for your prompt.
- You can choose whether to display the intent options in the proactive prompt.
- Upload an image in PNG or JPG format for your launch button. The widget icon has a square aspect ratio of 1:1.

Customize Banner
- Navigate to the right-hand side of the dashboard and click on Banner.
- You have the option to either hide or show the banner.
