How can I manage my team?

The Team Management dashboard allows you to invite new users and manage your team’s access to Forethought products. It also gives you more control and better insight into your Forethought account. 

Access Team Management dashboard

  • Click Settings > Team.

Invite new users

  1. In the team management dashboard, click the Invites tab.
  2. Input the user’s first name, last name, and email address.
  3. Select their permission level. There are 3 permission levels:
    • Agent - can access Forethought Assist only
    • User - can access dashboard and view product analytics
    • Admin - can manage the org permissions, integrations, and assign admin rights
  4. Click Send invite.
  5. The user will receive the invite in their email address. 
  6. On the same page, you can resend or revoke the invite.

Change a user permission level and account status

  1. Navigate to the Team members tab.
  2. In the Actions column, click Edit to modify the user’s permission level.
  3. Click the drop-down, and select the permission level.
  4. To enable or disable the user’s account, click the enabled/disabled button.
  5. Click Save.

Remove a user

  1. Navigate to the Team members tab.
  2. To remove a user, click Remove in the Actions column.

How to gain access to Advanced Analytics (aka Looker Dashboards)

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click Edit in the row of the user.
  3. To allow the user to access Advanced Analytics, turn the toggle on.

Note: User role permissions are applied across all Forethought products.
